Smaller Branded Brick Products
Not every idea needs to become a full boxed set. We also create custom building blocks, printed elements and custom figures for room drops, event badges, anniversary pieces and compact brick-built giveaways. For gifting programs, we can shape those elements—or a complete custom set—into a corporate gift designed around the recipient and occasion.
Custom LEGO® Set For Businesses Pricing FAQ
How much does a custom LEGO-style set cost?
Cost per set depends mainly on the set size (piece count) and how many you order, with larger volumes lowering the per-set price. Across our range, sets run roughly $5 to $400 per unit before options — a small mini set at high volume sits near the low end, while a large, piece-heavy set at lower volume sits near the top. Brick type, packaging, printed materials, design complexity, production speed, and shipping also factor in. The estimator above turns all of that into a realistic starting range for your project in seconds.
Is this estimate a final quote?
No. The estimator gives you a starting budget range. We confirm final pricing after a short design call where we review your references, design requirements, part availability, packaging needs, shipping destination, and timeline. Any changes are reflected in an updated quote before work begins.
What are the next steps toward a final proposal?
Start by saving your quote from the estimator. You'll get a PDF you can pass around the office to gather feedback before we meet, so the conversation is more productive and everyone's already aligned. The next step is to schedule a short meeting where we discuss the details and ideate on your set together. Once we understand your vision, references, and requirements, we'll have everything we need to put together your final quote. Having details like quantity, deadline, budget range, reference images, logo files, and how the sets will be used ready for that conversation helps us move faster.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our custom sets are made for bulk campaigns, and the estimator starts at 100 sets. Genuine LEGO® brand bricks are available across the full range; high-quality compatible bricks become available at 250 sets and up. The estimator covers orders up to 3,000 sets — for larger or retail-scale programs, contact us for a custom quote.
LEGO® bricks vs. compatible bricks — which should we choose?
Both build well and look great — it comes down to your goals. Genuine LEGO® brand bricks carry worldwide brand recognition and a reputation for quality, with the precise clutch power, color consistency, and durability LEGO® is known for; they're a natural fit when the set represents your brand and are available at any order size. High-quality compatible bricks are available at 250 sets and up and lower your per-set cost, making them a strong fit for larger runs or more budget-sensitive campaigns. Toggle between them in the estimator to compare pricing side by side.
What comes with each set?
Every set comes with the bricks and a QR code linking to digital build instructions, packaged in a simple, clear bag as standard. From there you can add branding: stickers or decals, printed parts, custom packaging (a branded bag or box), printed instructions, thank-you cards, and custom minifigures. Mix and match in the estimator to see how each option affects your price.
Can you include our logo and branding?
Yes. Your branding can appear through stickers, printed parts, custom packaging, printed instructions, thank-you cards, custom minifigures, or design details built into the model itself. Share your logo files and brand guidelines and we'll build the set around them.
How long does production take?
A standard project runs about 12 weeks from approved design through production, packaging, and shipping, plus time up front for design and quality assurance. Expedited and priority timelines are available for tighter deadlines. Timely feedback and approvals help keep any project on schedule.
How does payment work, and can we start with just the design?
Projects typically begin with a deposit, with the balance due before shipment. You can also start with only the design fee to proof out the concept first — if the project moves into production, that design fee is credited toward your order. Net terms may be available for qualified enterprise orders.
