Longer dwell time
A hands-on build gives people a reason to remain in the space instead of glancing and moving on.
Your guests build one custom-branded image together, one section at a time. Everyone helps create a hands-on destination that increases dwell time, starts conversations, and connects people with your brand.

A crowded event floor is full of signs, screens, giveaways, and sales pitches competing for a few seconds of attention. A live mosaic gives attendees something refreshingly simple to do.
They choose a section, build it with LEGO® bricks, and add it to a larger branded image. That easy action creates time for conversation, visible shared progress, and a brand experience attendees help create rather than passively observe.
The mosaic is not decoration. It is a participation system designed around the attendee behavior your event needs.

A hands-on build gives people a reason to remain in the space instead of glancing and moving on.
The activity lowers the pressure of approaching a booth and creates an easy opening for your team.
Your campaign, values, or message become something attendees physically contribute to and remember.
The image visibly changes throughout the event, giving guests a natural reason to look again or come back.
Attendees understand the experience within seconds. No LEGO® experience, long explanation, or app download is required.
Clear guides and organized bricks make it easy to get started.
Each completed section fits into its numbered place in the larger image.
Every tile adds visible detail to the custom-branded artwork.
Shared progress keeps the display active and interesting throughout the event.
At SAS Innovate 2026, a live mosaic turned a conference lobby into a hands-on destination that attendees could join, revisit, and watch develop.
Roughly 400 people participated. Some became engaged enough to complete more than 20 sections, and the on-site team described the response as overwhelmingly positive.

“People loved the activation and some got really into it, doing upwards of 20 tiles.”
Guests also described the build as “very relaxing and a nice change of pace.”

The same core activation can be shaped for two different engagement goals.

Give attendees a low-pressure reason to enter, interact, and remain near your team. The build opens the conversation without making the experience feel like a forced pitch.
Transform a lobby, lounge, or transition area into an active gathering point where attendees can decompress, contribute, and reconnect with your brand.
You provide the space, event goals, and brand direction. We turn them into an attendee-ready experience and run it for you.
We design branded artwork around your campaign, values, message, or event theme.
We size the experience and pace the build for your audience, duration, and desired flow.
We prepare the materials, instructions, structure, transportation, and operating plan.
Our team installs and organizes the complete activation before attendees arrive.
We guide participants, maintain the build area, and keep the experience moving.
We take the rental away after the event. Purchase options are available if you want the completed display as an office centerpiece.

Tell us about your event, audience, footprint, and engagement goals. We’ll determine whether the format fits and what kind of activation makes sense.
We discuss the audience, location, date, footprint, budget, and behavior you want to create.
We recommend the concept, image, size, flow, pacing, logistics, and operating plan.
We produce, deliver, install, staff, operate, break down, and remove the activation.

Single-day activations start at $12,000. Most live mosaic activations running three days or longer average around $5,000 per day. Final pricing depends on size, customization, staffing, location, logistics, operating hours, and selected options.
Plan to begin at least two months before your event. Projects with less than two months of lead time are considered rush jobs, depend on availability, and may carry additional rush fees.
We recommend the mosaic size and format after reviewing your footprint, viewing distance, attendee volume, event length, desired image detail, and engagement goals. Plan for a minimum activation footprint of 10 × 10 feet.
Capacity is designed around your event rather than set at one fixed number. We adjust the mosaic size, number of build sections, participant flow, staffing, and operating schedule to support your expected audience within the available timeframe.
The standard format displays the mosaic on a freestanding easel or on a wall provided by your venue or event partner. We can also adapt the activation for facilitated team-building sessions, distributed tables or build stations, multi-room participation, and other custom environments. We will recommend the format that best fits your footprint, attendee flow, and engagement goals.
We do. Brick Built Models delivers, sets up, staffs, operates, breaks down, and removes the activation so your event team does not have to manage the attendee experience or build flow.
The standard full-service activation is a rental that we remove after the event. Purchase options are available when you want to retain the completed display as an office centerpiece.
High-quality editable artwork is best, including Canva, Photoshop, or vector-based files. Editable files give us the flexibility to adjust the layout, colors, contrast, and level of detail for the strongest brickified result.
Yes. The experience is designed for quick comprehension. Guests choose a clear instruction, find the organized pieces, build one section, and add it to the larger image. No prior LEGO® experience is needed.
Choose a time below. We’ll discuss your booth or common space, audience, event goals, timeline, and whether a full-service live LEGO® mosaic is the right fit.
You do not need a finished concept before the call. Event date, location, approximate footprint, and audience size are enough to start.
